Shipping Policy

At Planet Play, we want your shopping experience to be as delightful and straightforward as possible. We offer a friendly and easy-to-understand Shipping Policy to keep you informed about the delivery of your orders.

1. Dispatch Time

Our delivery journey begins once your payment has been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. Typically, this occurs within 1-2 working days after your payment has been processed.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

The estimated delivery time frames are as follows:

  • For customers in Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
  • For customers in NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
  • For customers in WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.

3. No Guaranteed Delivery Dates or Times

Please understand that neither our delivery partners nor ourselves can guarantee specific delivery dates or times, as this is beyond our control.

4. Undeliverable Packages

In the rare event that your parcel is returned to us, our friendly customer service representative will reach out to you via email to address the situation.

5. Address Discrepancies

If there are any address discrepancies with your order, and the product is returned to us, a member of our customer care team will be in touch. Please note that a re-delivery cost may apply for products returned to us due to address issues.

6. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt

If you are not present when your order is delivered by Australia Post, a notification will be left in your mailbox, allowing you to pick up your parcel at your local post office. If your item is being delivered by Aramex or Allied Express, we will make arrangements in advance to deliver your item at your convenience. Please be aware that a re-delivery cost may occur if you are not home at the arranged time.

7. Receiver's Knowledge

If your order is a gift, kindly ensure the receiver is aware of it to avoid any parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost may be incurred if the parcel needs to be resent.

8. Delivery Delays

While we provide expected delivery times from our courier partners for reference, please be aware that delivery may take longer than expected due to various reasons. If you do not receive your item within ten business days, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

9. Pick Up and Self-Arranged Courier

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up services or allow customers to arrange their own courier at our warehouse. This ensures our distribution center can efficiently dispatch all goods at all times.

10. Undeliverable Postcodes

We strive to deliver to all of Australia, but some postcodes are undeliverable for certain SKUs. If your order falls into this category, we may charge an additional shipping fee. Orders with no shipment service available will be automatically canceled and refunded with email notification. If you have any questions about remote area deliveries, please contact your account manager for more information.

11. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We focus on providing the best service to our Australian customers.
